BRND-X Lounge turns networking into an experience

A big North German shout-out to Hamburg, Retail Open House – and a new record attendance! Our Media, Brand Experience & Partnerships team headed north for a networking event on 12 May. URW had invited representatives from the retail, hospitality, leisure and real estate sectors to the International Maritime Museum in Hamburg’s riverside HafenCity district for the Retail Open House, the retail industry’s top networking event.

In our stylish BRND-X Lounge, they were able to experience first-hand what potential is on hand at URW centres in terms of promotions and brand experiences. Eye-catching floor, door and elevator stickers, digital promotional media and unique interactive experiences throughout the event space gave visitors a comprehensive insight into what we can offer them.

Around 500 guests came along – an absolute record – and were eager to learn more. The B2B event gave them the opportunity to become better acquainted with URW’s portfolio and discover more about the new Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier planned for the end of 2023.

Our team took the opportunity to make many new contacts – and provided a lot of eye-openers with its winning presentation. We are looking forward to a successful event and a good deal of creative activities in our centres in Germany and Austria.
